We're establishing who is your main point of contact (POC), which software you use (if any), and introducing our investigations team who will reach out within 3 business days.

Onboarding and Setup

During onboarding, our goal is to walk you through our automated trust compliance review integration or the applicable guide (based on property management software) to get us the appropriate records when requested on a timely basis.

Official records Request

We will officially request trust account and bank records with a clear expectation on timing. There is usually a few rounds of follow up requests.

Findings & Recommendations sent to your regulator

Our job is to provide a black and white analysis of trust compliance so that your regulator can action upon it.
